About

Sarah Brooks Gabriel is a partner of Motivant and the operating Chief Executive Officer of Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center. The firm acquired BHRC on October 1, 2025 — the load-bearing transaction in Motivant's life-sciences portfolio — and named Sarah CEO at announcement. She moved into the operating chair on day one of the acquisition.

Before joining the family office, Sarah was a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP — one of the most active private-equity transaction firms in the world — where her client base was primarily PE-owned operating companies in acquisition, scale, and exit modes. She left K&E after making partner to refocus around family, and subsequently held C-suite operating roles at both a private-equity firm and a publicly traded company before moving into Motivant. The combination of transactional depth and operating-seat experience is what she now brings to BHRC and to the firm's broader partnership work.

Sarah holds a B.S. in Finance and an MBA from Southern Illinois University and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she serves on the Board of Advisors. Her recent press footprint reflects her work as the operating face of BHRC — KTLA on longevity medicine, the Super Bowl LX week regenerative-health panel in San Francisco, the FranchiseWire HireWire profile of her appointment, and Adam Mendler's Thirty Minute Mentors interview.

At BHRC, Sarah is operating a 22-location consumer-facing clinic chain across California, Nevada, Texas, Arizona, and New Jersey, with a clinical bench built to deliver Cell Factor regenerative protocols at scale. The West Hollywood Center of Excellence opened on November 20, 2025 as the brand's new flagship under her leadership. Her work at BHRC is the consumer-facing instantiation of the diagnostics-to-protocols-to-delivery thesis the rest of the firm is building.

Beyond BHRC, Sarah is the partner-side voice of the firm — the principal most often in the room with potential operating partners and the lead on the firm's partnership development work. Her own background — the oldest of five in a rural community, raised by parents who built and ran restaurant and hotel businesses — is the connective tissue between her operating instinct and the family-office posture Motivant takes toward every business it partners with.
