Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center CEO Sarah Gabriel recently sat down with Adam Mendler, host of Thirty Minute Mentors, for an in-depth conversation about leadership, career pivots, and the principles guiding BHRC’s growth. The interview offers insight into the leadership driving our investment in the longevity and regenerative wellness space.

From Elite Law to Entrepreneurship

Gabriel’s path to BHRC runs through a decade as a partner at Kirkland & Ellis, one of the world’s most elite law firms, where she represented private equity portfolio companies and gained firsthand exposure to how businesses are acquired, scaled, and sold. That experience, combined with her roots as the child of a serial entrepreneur, created the foundation for her transition into operational leadership.

The pivot required confronting fear-based decision-making. As Gabriel shared: “The biggest key for me was eliminating fear-based decision-making. Once I removed that, I could ask, how do I define happy and successful? For me, it meant control over my time, my direction, and my destiny.”

Leadership Philosophy in Action

Gabriel articulated a leadership approach built on authenticity, accountability, and empathy. Leaders must live their truth, be subject matter experts worthy of their team’s trust, and show up as energy carriers who set tone and temperament for the organization. She pushed back on the notion that empathy signals weakness: “The greatest kindness in the world is honesty and accountability, because giving you a full, accountable deadline is empowering you to achieve it and have measurable success.”

On building teams, Gabriel looks for people she can learn from regardless of age or tenure. She emphasized creating environments where team members feel inspired and equipped to take ownership of their work.

The BHRC Mission

Gabriel spoke to the mission driving BHRC’s work: “At BHRC, we are entrusted with the gift of empowering people in both of those categories. How they interface with the world by how they choose to look, and how they feel on the inside, which we know ultimately exudes out in the way we look and act with those around us. That’s a huge responsibility.”

That mission-driven approach, combined with clinical expertise and operational discipline, is central to our thesis for BHRC and the broader longevity category.

Looking Ahead

National media features like this interview reflect the growing visibility of BHRC and its leadership team. As we continue scaling the brand, Gabriel’s combination of elite professional training, entrepreneurial instinct, and mission-driven leadership positions BHRC to capture the significant opportunity in regenerative wellness and longevity. The interview is worth reading in full for anyone interested in the people and principles behind our investment.

We exist to influence, inspire, and ignite people to transform together. Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center embodies that mission.
